About Paul-André

CEO Canada & Founder of Alvora Partners | AMF Certified

Paul-André began his career with the Crédit Mutuel Equity investment fund, before joining a small cap investment bank, where he developed the North American business between 2019 and 2024.

He assists a number of entrepreneurs, particularly in the ESN sector, with sales, acquisitions, financing and international expansion (Canada, Europe, Asia).

It is also involved in the listing of an ecosystem specialized in digital transformation.

After carrying out some forty transactions, he founded Alvora Partners to offer independent M&A expertise to North American and European entrepreneurs, intervening at the earliest strategic stages to maximize value creation.

He holds an MSc in Finance fromemlyonbusinessschool and a Master II in Finance & Financial Markets fromESDES Lyon Business School.
