🇨🇦🤝🇫🇷 RegenEAU has reached a major milestone in its international expansion with the creation of its subsidiary in France.
Yesterday, June 15, the inauguration of our new subsidiary, RegenEAU France, took place at the facilities of our industrial partner, MOVNTEC.
First and foremost, we would like to thank Frédéric Motte, Olivier Gacquerre, and Myriam Aflalo for attending , as well as the elected officials and teams from the Béthune-Bruay, Artois Lys Romane Urban Community, and all the partners involved in this project.
This new location represents much more than just geographic expansion. By establishing a presence in France, we are strengthening our ability to support our clients through a local presence, on-the-ground expertise, and solid strategic partnerships, in order to actively contribute to the energy transition in the building sector.
This step is part of a long-term vision: to build a true innovation corridor between Quebec and France, where expertise, talent, and technology come together to accelerate decarbonization and improve energy efficiency.
We are also pleased to announce that we can now rely on an experienced and dedicated team in France, thanks to the acquisition of the strategic assets of Solaronics-ECS, by continuing their already well-established operations in France and developing an ecosystem of committed partners who will share this ambition with us.
We would also like to thank Alvora Partners for their strategic and operational support throughout this acquisition and the establishment of the RegenEAU France subsidiary. They brought all their expertise to bear on this project. Congratulations to Alvora Partners—and specifically to Paul-André Jouzel and his team—for this pivotal achievement in RegenEAU’s history and in our expansion in France and Europe.
